Between 1964-1985 Brazil was under a militar dictatorship, many artists (and people) from Brazil was against the dictatorial regime. Caetano Veloso went to exile in the 70's under the order of the dictatorial governement, he lived in London UK and made this record in english. The music is a nice and light MPB. Here we can hear some mix about the traditional brazilian music and a little of the hippie sound.
